In addition to searching for a job where I could utilize the skills that I acquired while earning my Masters in Health and Behavior Studies at Columbia University, I also attended many social gatherings to meet people in the area and make some new friends. Since the majority of these events centered around food, I always brought a platter of my freshly baked cookies as my contribution.
